About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and caring female bus attendant to join our team and ensure the safety and well-being of students during their daily commute to and from school.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
- Monitor student behavior and address any disruptive conduct.
- Enforce bus safety rules and regulations.
- Complete daily attendance records.
- Keep the bus clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and the bus driver.
- May assist students with special needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patience and ability to manage challenging situations.
- Must be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license (may be required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
