We are seeking motivated Telecom Sales Executives to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career with a dynamic, goal-oriented company.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects and existing customers to promote DU home internet plans and offers.
Present and recommend DU products and services to clients effectively to make a sale or generate leads.
Conduct in-person visits to potential customers at their workplaces, homes, or other locations to offer DU home internet services.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a database of interested customers for follow-ups and future engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address customer complaints.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Hindi/Urdu.
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Commission-based
Experience: Open to both fresher’s and experienced candidates
Relocation/Commute: Candidates should have the ability to commute or relocate as necessary.
