* Sales Representative in Interior Architecture Company *

Job Overview:

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients’ visions into reality.

Responsibilities:

– Actively engage in sales activities, including identifying leads, prospecting, and converting leads into clients.

– Getting the sale using various customer sales methods.

– Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness

– Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships

– Meet personal and team sales targets

– Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

– Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

– Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

– Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and goals.

– Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selections, and materials.

– Present design proposals to clients effectively, articulating the vision and benefits of your designs.

– Provide comprehensive product knowledge and design expertise to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.

– Manage the end-to-end design process, including project coordination, implementation, and final delivery.

Requirements:

– Must have good experience in sales (specially architecture company)

– Must be fluent in English & Arabic

– Must have UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred if having own car)

– Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts.

– Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
