We are a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to potential customers. You will play a crucial role when it comes to bookings & schedule of the team.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service, prefereably in the hospitality
-Speaking as many languages as possible (Arabic, English, Russian)
– To manage the studio bookings, and customers photo sessions, to be the main point of contact person between the photographer, photo editors, and the client
– To manage that studio and photographers are fully equipped with what is required for the photo sessions
– To manage the invoices, customer payments
